Develops and implements Comprehensive commercial strategies across all targeted sectors including Retail, Corporate & Government sales increasing market share, market growth and revenue across these areas.
Leads and manages All commercial activities related to Retail, Corporate & Government sales Resulting in increased sales and profit ability government-related sales and compliance with regulations.
Oversees and executes All commercial activities related to Retail, Corporate &

Government sales

Ensuring growth in market share and revenue in these sectors
Manages and develops commercial strategies and activities within RMC, Rudisa Technical Center (RTC), heavy equipment and forklifts Enhancing market presence, market growth and revenue.
Leads and manages special commercial projects timely and successfully, including creating bids for new projects, identifying the risks and rewards of a project and collaborating with other departments to complete a project Ensuring successful execution and alignment with company goals and contributing to overall sales and revenue growth.
Builds and maintains Strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, negotiates favorable agreements and collaborates on

joint initiatives

For mutually beneficial partnerships with manufacturers, leading to favorable terms, enhanced profitability, and successful joint

marketing and sales initiatives

Leads, mentors, and motivates The sales team, conduct performance reviews and foster a positive sales culture Resulting in a highly motivated and high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds targets, leading to improved sales

Oversees Day-to-day sales operations, develops and implements sales policies and monitors performance metrics Ensuring an improved profitability and reliable sales forecasts

Manufacturers

All existing and potential customers Internal stakeholders including employees,

partners and contractors Ad agencies, external suppliers and other vendors

Maintaining a positive business relationship

Education and Specialization Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Special Knowledge Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Work experience (Minimum) Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales supervising role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Competencies and Skills ·         Strong leadership and team management skills

·         Excellent customer service and communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·         Knowledge of health and safety regulations

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
