Manages and develops | commercial strategies and activities within RMC, Rudisa Technical Center (RTC), heavy equipment and forklifts | Enhancing market presence, market growth and revenue. |
Leads and manages | special commercial projects timely and successfully, including creating bids for new projects, identifying the risks and rewards of a project and collaborating with other departments to complete a project | Ensuring successful execution and alignment with company goals and contributing to overall sales and revenue growth. |
Builds and maintains | Strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, negotiates favorable agreements and collaborates on
joint initiatives |

Requirements
Education and Specialization | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. |
Special Knowledge | Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. |
Work experience (Minimum) | Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales supervising role, preferably in the automotive industry. |
