To ensure our logistics run smoothly, we are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to strengthen our team.

Job description

  • Lead the warehouse team and ensure an efficient division of tasks.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and logistics processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows.
  • Ensure a safe and well-organized working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse management.
  • Ensure the quick processing of stock entries and dispatches.

Requirements

  • Minimum MBO+ (Intermediate Vocational Education) level, preferably in logistics or supply chain management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a warehouse environment is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with warehouse and inventory management software or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ambition to grow and take on more responsibilities.
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills, such as quickly resolving operational bottlenecks and implementing efficient work methods to enhance logistics processes.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus (with or without a forklift certification).
  • High level of reliability.
  • Strong work ethic.
